Sleep welcome

The grand kids love our nightie routine of spraying their pillows and using the roll on before bedtime and sleep so soundly all night. They even took a bottle home...

Peaceful and Relaxing

I love the pillow spray and use it every night as I'm going to sleep by spraying on my pillow and sheets. The massage oil I massage into my feet and if I wake during the night I rub it over my face and breath in deeply. And I put the oil in my diffuser. It is about creating a regular routine so that your brain associates the smells with sleep time and relaxation, so be patient and give it some time. I have always struggled with sleep but I tend to have longer periods of sleep time with these products. Products arrive promptly and if you are in Eumundi you can visit Aust Sleep co at the Eumundi markets - I did this recently and said hello to the team.
