This is a long one but it is important if you suffer like me with insomnia. I have ADHD and take four tablets a day to manage this condition. Due to my high dosage of medication my main side effect I suffer is insomnia. I’m from Melbourne and when I went to Noosa for a family trip, I ran into a lovely lady at the market selling this product.
