I first used this pillow spay several years ago now and thought it very helpful with my sleep patterns. But then, didn't use it for awhile....meanwhile tried other things to get a better sleep to no avail. My friend found this for her dad a few years ago - he'd been injured in a workplace accident and was not struggling to sleep - until he found this amazing product!
