Bedtime often means something wickedly different on Valentine's Day but sleep is still the number one bedroom activity for us all the rest of the year!
Being a light alive always had trouble getting to sleep. You know when the brain kicks in and you end up thinking all sorts of things. Plus doing shift work doesn’t help. Anyway on a recent trip to eumundi markets I came across the Australian Sleep Co. After chatting I purchased their sleep package. Took it back to Perth with me and lo and behold it worked. Sleep came quickly and I finally got a good nights sleep. Have since reordered so I have it with me at home and away at work. Sweet dreams 😴
I use this in my diffuser and put a couple of drops on my pillow. Smells nice and seems to help

I first used this pillow spay several years ago now and thought it very helpful with my sleep patterns. But then, didn't use it for awhile....meanwhile tried other things to get a better sleep to no avail.
