When it comes to the question of whether noise or silence is better for sleep, the answer involves more of a 'sleep sound spectrum'.
I first used this pillow spay several years ago now and thought it very helpful with my sleep patterns. But then, didn't use it for awhile....meanwhile tried other things to get a better sleep to no avail. Bought the three pack a few months back and with using it every night, I am in a great pattern of lovely sleeps. The quality and mix of the essential oils used is the best. My friend found this for her dad a few years ago - he'd been injured in a workplace accident and was not struggling to sleep - until he found this amazing product!
